Gallery News

The University of the Third Age (U3A) Art Appreciation Group will be attending a special session at Harding House Gallery in May, for a talk by gallery member Helen Neale entitled An Introduction to Art & Craft Appreciation.

The Gallery welcomes enquiries from small groups (no more than 12) who may be interested in similar events featuring other areas of expertise within the group.

Helen will also be holding 2 workshops at the London Road Gallery, London Road, Sheffield -

13th May - Patchwork & Knitting

16th June - Indigo Dyeing



MEMBERSHIP NEWS -

Sue Lancaster recently left the Gallery following three and a half successful, fun filled and creative years as Exhibitions Organiser. Sue will still be exhibiting at HHG, but will be developing her own work and expanding activities at her studio in Sheffield - for more information please contact her on

We also said "au revoir" to Sally Lidgett, talented painter of assorted livestock and busy mother of two young children - Sally will still be exhibiting at Harding House and has not at this stage ruled out a hopeful return to the fold in years to come...
